亲爱的朋友们：

法王贝诺仁波切对他的弟子作出了以下的开示。愿一切众生（见而）有益！

请永远记住我们作为佛教徒，必须富有大悲心，无有偏袒地对待美国或伊拉克中的任何一方。

应当了知我们此生所经历的一切皆是基於我们所造之“业”，我们无始以来所造之业随种种因缘而成熟如今的果报。我们现在正在造作的（共）业，亦会于将来成熟。

我敦请世界上所有与我直接或间接结缘的道友、弟子和信众，大家一起修持并祈请莲师，回向功德，无偏地为美国及伊拉克祈祷。

目前这两个国家都正处于艰困的时期，必须净除各自的业障。为我等的冤亲债主，为我们自己，为一切如母有情，让我们无偏地祈祷，愿美国与伊拉克的所有障碍尽皆消除。

我向三宝祈请，愿世界（永远）和平与安乐。我（发愿）将自己于（过去、现在、未来）三世中积聚的所有功德回向给这次战争中所有已经死亡、将要死去和饱受战祸之苦的人们，回向给一切如母众生。

让我们齐心协力共同祈请莲师，并尽力多多持诵莲师心咒：

嗡 啊 吽 班札 咕噜 贝玛 悉地 吽

愿所有功德无偏利益一切有情！

Dear friends,

His Holiness Penor Rinpoche has given his students the followinginstructions. May all beings benefit!

Always remember we are Buddhists and thatwe have to maintain a compassionate mind with no partiality towards one side orthe other, for Iraq or America. Try to understand everything we experience inthis lifetime is mainly based on our Karma, with the actions we take resultingfrom all of the causes and conditions we ourselves have created sincebeginning-less time. Even now we are collecting Karma together for the future.

Irequest all my dharma friends, students and devotees all over the world who aredirectly or indirectly connected to me, to come together in practicing andpraying to Guru Rinpoche, dedicating merit and praying without partialitytowards either Iraq or America. Both countries are having a difficult time nowand must purify their Karma. Pray without partiality for all obstacles to bepacified for America and Iraq, for whatever friends and enemies we may have,and for ourselves, and all motherly sentient beings.

I pray to the triple gems for peace andhappiness in the world. I dedicate the merit I have accumulated in the threetimes to all the people who have died, will die or suffer from this war and allmotherly sentient beings.

Let us all join together and pray byaccumulating as many repetitions of the mantra of Guru Rinpoche as we can:

OM AH HUM BENZA GURU PADMA SIDDHI HUM

May all merit benefit all sentient beingswithout partiality!
